location was great. rooms need upgrades. the doors and some of the electrical outlets need to be replaced, newer bedding and towels are needed. loved the size of the room and of the beds. my family had plenty of room to move around. All the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable. They were friendly and accommodating.

The place is really close to the premium outlets around the area and also those big department stores from just across the street, very good dining places to go to and also convenient stores. The place was neat and comfy, heater and cooler was working smoothly. Felt always safe even late at night

The location for Universal is fantastic - a brief 20minute walk and you’re straight on City Walk. Rooms are well presented and accessible

Location is very close to the Universal resort. Have good restaurants around the premises. Staff were nice and helpful for early checkout. Room was spacious and clean with all amenities.
