Got to the hotel a bit earlier than the check in hour but the lady from the front desk allowed me to store my luggage there, while going out and waiting for my friend to join. The room was spacious and the conditions were great. We had housekeeping services daily and a parking permit for the rented car. Toilet and bathtub separate from the sink, which was accessible and great for our fit. Close to Universal and one of the Outlets.

location was great. rooms need upgrades. the doors and some of the electrical outlets need to be replaced, newer bedding and towels are needed. loved the size of the room and of the beds. my family had plenty of room to move around. All the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable. They were friendly and accommodating.

The place is really close to the premium outlets around the area and also those big department stores from just across the street, very good dining places to go to and also convenient stores. The place was neat and comfy, heater and cooler was working smoothly. Felt always safe even late at night

The room was huge, the location was great, free parking. It was well equipped, and it was very clean, they came to clean our room every day. The price was also reasonable compared to other hotels and appartments.

Location is very close to the Universal resort. Have good restaurants around the premises. Staff were nice and helpful for early checkout. Room was spacious and clean with all amenities.
